5.3 Calendly Scheduling

Calendly does not collect tax documents or process payments.

5.4 Stripe (Out-of-Portal Payments)

Stripe processes payments made outside the Client Portal. Stripe securely processes card and ACH transactions and does not provide full card details to us.

6. Client Portal Payments Processed by Adyen

Payments made within the Client Portal are processed by Adyen, the payment processor integrated into Canopy Tax.

  • Adyen handles the collection and encryption of payment card information.

  • De Leon Tax Services LLC does not receive or store card numbers.

  • All payment details entered in the Client Portal are processed exclusively under Adyen’s PCI-compliant systems.

Alternative payment options may be available through non-portal methods such as Stripe, ACH, or check.

7. IRS Safeguards (Publication 4557)

We follow IRS Publication 4557: Safeguarding Taxpayer Data. This includes administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect taxpayer information.

Our security measures include:

  • Secure transmission and storage of documents through Canopy Tax

  • Secure local devices used for tax preparation

  • Restricted and locked storage for physical files

  • Employee confidentiality requirements

  • Secure destruction of documents as permitted

  • Monitoring for unauthorized access

  • Oversight of Service Providers

We do not transmit taxpayer information through unsecured channels.

8. Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) Compliance
